The answer to this question is simply the most effective way to forward our Client's projects.

Proposing Solutions

In technology there is no such thing as a "one size fits all" approach: there are many ways to solve a problem.

In some cases an existing solution may be used, in others, a custom solution maybe the way forward. An existing system may yield cost savings but require modification as it is designed to function similarly, but not exactly, to the intended requirements.

Use cases need to be examined. A pre-developed solution may solve a problem but brings its own considerations (sourcing, obsolescence, integration, maintainability) despite potential perceived cost savings.

We will not suggest strategies and solutions until we have analyzed our Clients needs, technically, operationally and commercially. Only when we have the facts will we be in a position to assist you.

Thus solutions need to be examined on a case by case basis, and not as an en-bloc all in-one fit. Clients should be very wary of any supplier who tries this "one size" approach. It is not what this business does.
